The Rule, the action-packed sequel of Pushpa: The Rise, the film starring Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil, continues to make its mark on the box office in its fourth week. Despite experiencing a significant drop in collections on its fourth Monday (December 30), the film remains a major draw for cine-goers. According to early estimates on Sacnilk, the film’s collections dipped to a new low of Rs 6.65 crore net on day 26, its lowest earnings to date. However, the film’s total collection for all languages is estimated at a staggering Rs 1163.65 crore nett.
Pushpa 2 has achieved a remarkable feat in the domestic market, setting a new record for a Telugu-language film. In a surprising turn of events, the film’s Hindi collection has surpassed its original Telugu version, underscoring its pan-India appeal. As of its 26-day run in theaters, the film has garnered an impressive Rs 326.31 crore net in Telugu, while its Hindi version has raked in a staggering Rs 758.65 crore nett.
In addition to its impressive Telugu and Hindi collections, Pushpa 2 has also performed well in other languages. The film has collected Rs 56.95 crore net in Tamil, Rs 14.12 crore in Malayalam, and Rs 7.62 crore in Kannada. These numbers demonstrate the film’s widespread popularity and its ability to transcend linguistic and regional boundaries, cementing its position as a truly national blockbuster.
